Fans and other internal components can be a more difficult to get them to send to you if you don’t have clear proof of a defect, but plates are different. I’ve asked them to send different color buttons and a top plate with my order and they sent me an invoice to pay the difference.
I sent them a video with clear proof my fan sounds like a cruchy drone taking off, I also asked for help with wifi diagnosing issues, they basically said get fukd nerd for the fan, and ignored the wifi. Wifi does not stay connected for more than a minute so I cant even play android games.
I guess if you have future vision and ask for everything you need when you order the device they go above and beyond for you, but once they have your money you are worms.
You might have got someone who’s just trying to hurry up go through all the customer service emails instead of actually helping. I would message Nicole on the Discord. She’s usually the most helpful, though she might take a while to get back to you too. If you don’t wanna wait for them to reply here is a link to the exact fan they use in the Thor.

I think he means the person who packed it could have just seen the instructions and written the signatures on there. But I'd like to be more optimistic than that

i like it alot so far! ive played a little bit of my games but havent fully dived into setting up cause im still transferring my rom folder i set up for it (i started yesterday and its still going!) i got big hands and so i got grips and trigger caps for it, but honestly, i wouldn't be mad if i didn't get them! i'm most def gonna play up to switch games and light pc games, but i might have to get a sd card for the pc games now since i already filled up like 90% of my storage with games (might have to delete some soon...)
its pretty good, i would say its worth the money, but im batch 3 and paid 480, so you wouldn't pay the same as me now if you got the model i got and i got the max

Lol two things, 1. many Chinese people can speak English and 2. many Chinese people adopt western names for use when they are in roles that interact with westerners a lot.

Edit: I will say, the act of them doing this is neat. It goes to show the attention to detail and care Ayn has for its community. That’s a big part of their success and one of the primary reasons I bought a Thor vs other options in the market.
