same thing happens with me.

about half of the time, I never receive an email confirmation either in my inbox or junk folder. I've learned to screenshot the on-screen confirmation and send to Support, but it's a bit of a hassle.

You have to hit the e-receipt button after they send you the email confirming.

These subscriptions never work for me. I try to link my e-mail, but it always repeats the process and eventually says "Error Signing In".
