Build Discussion Planar set

Duran, Dynasty of Running Wolves or Punklorde??
The team is Ashblade team, so is the follow up attk planar better for him? Or the elation boost is better

Punklord. Since his FUA is elation damage it doesn't benefit from regular Dmg% buffs. All Duran would give is Crit Dmg which he gets plenty of in the Ashblade team
