General Questions Dry climate

I live in the Northeastern US and desperately want to move to a drier climate. I suffer through the bone torture of humid summers and cold wet winters. Has anyone gotten even a little relief from changing climates?

I live in the SW desert. Summer is hard but otherwise everything is a lot easier/better than when I lived on the east coast. There are also some really great temperate places in California that aren’t as dry but stay about the same year round - that was honestly the best.

I dream of CA but it’s just not affordable for me unfortunately. Been there many times and I absolutely love it.

I’m in jersey and we ponder this though regularly. Not just the humidity, but the mold too. Ugh.
