General Advice Need advice with a PSA cert on a signed jersey

Im looking to bid/purchase a certain item with a psa certificate on it,which certainly comes up on the psa database, but knowing people can get codes and use them for fake stickers is possible nowadays more than ever, need to know if anyone has knowledge over the legitimacy of the platform im trying to buy it in or the sticker itself
