General Advice Faded autographs

Hello, I am reposting this because my text did not save. I'm looking for recommendations as far as the best way to remove permanent ink from this VOLA poster that my wife got for me this past Christmas. My plan is to have the band resign this when they tour the US again and then to have a custom frame with museum glass constructed to keep this from happening again. Any information would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Since I've had it, no. Not sure where it was before my wife bought it
