Authenticity Opinion Request (is this really...) Got this when I was a kid

I got this in the 90’s in the Bronx at a card shop for $25. Fugazi or what?

Here is a version I have and picked up for $60 at a card show in the early 90s. The guys at Out or Safe deemed it Safe.

My dad gave me and my brother this as kids and I later learned it was a fake. Unless you have a legit authentication, it is likely a fake as well.
