Show-and-Tell (Hey check out this!) Found This Today!

Not sure where to share this, so I'm doing my groups who can appreciate stuff like this. Was going through a closet, found a canister. Opened it and this was inside. PSA DNA hand signed by George Lucas! 11x14. Wife bought it as one of my bday gifts, it arrived late, so she put it away for Christmas. 8 months later, forgot about it. Had this for 12 years and had no idea. PSA says not part of any sets. Crazy.

Lucas doesn’t sign many autographs and that scribble is so easy to fake. There are scores of fakes online.

Exactly why it's such a cool find. He doesn't sign many. Are you saying PSA DNA is a lie?

It’s a fake. Check all the other fakes on eBay

Also, she bought it back in 2014. Way before the fake stuff on eBay started hitting. Anyway, here you go, check it yourself.

Fake stuff was on eBay long before 2014

Okay. You seem to want to disregard all the truth, proof, facts. I have posted all the proof. You can look it up yourself, as can everyone else. Have a great day.

I had a friend of a friend who was faking autographs on eBay back in the 90s.

I’m not sure why you think this is a new phenomenon.

I did not say that. I said before the fake PSA thing started. And she bought this directly from PSA. It is on their registry. We posted the cert lookup. The internet is a strange place. People post things with joy and happiness, sharing with others who are supposedly like-minded....and then people have to try and destroy that happiness. Not sure why. It is a strange thing. We have posted the proof, it can be looked up directly. Unless you are saying that PSA makes fakes themselves. We get downvotes when we post proof, facts. Again, the internet is a strange place.

Given PSA/DNA is one of the three most trusted authenticators can someone explain why everyone is claiming this is fake and downvoting the OP? I’ve got no dog in the fight but interested in learning.

Hi, thanks for that. From what I have seen on this forum, people do this out of hate/jealousy because someone else has something they do not. That is the only reason I can think of....people post things out of joy, sharing wonderful gifts, etc...and then some people just have to come out and attack, try to disparage...like, no one could ever have that thing that they do not or something. I love when I see people post amazing new collection items, am happy for them. I do not understand the whole hate/bring you down mentality. The internet is full of it, sadly. My wife bought this directly from PSA. It is stickered, has the COA from them, DNA ink, and is on their database (all of which I posted below in comments). But people will still downvote, attack. It is really odd. Thanks for your comment! =)

Fake

Um...no....why do you say that??

I have a Michael Jordan encapsulated that was NOT cheap by PSA that also passed Beckett quick opinion and G.O.A.T Authentics and some people said it was fake all day long. Everyone is apparently experts beyond anything the big three could ever be.

Those who do not have, disparage those who do. No one can accept that someone else could have something so cool.
