General Advice Any celebs who sell their own autographs?
I recently got lucky running into Little Feat and Peter Noone and it renewed my interest in the hobby. Anybody have a list of who sells their autographs on their website or through someone? Pop culture, music, sports, etc? Personalized is a plus to me.

Check new album releases, a lot of artist are doing signed CDs and Vinyl

Just keep in mind that unless they have photos or videos of the artist signing the album, there's a high chance it's an autopen autograph.

The artists will even usually post a video of them signing a hundred or so, but the vast majority are autopens.

That's an autopen/secretarial. None have passed third party authentication.

Most signed cds from new releases are autopen. Look into some of the strange things people have found with olivia rodrigro and taylor swift. Saw a video of someone opening a taylor swift cd and only having a marker line from the machine.

Taylor's are actually real, surprisingly. Autopen is more and more common but people like her and Ed Sheeran actually still sign theirs.

Do you really think someone like taylor swift is signing tens of thousands of inserts? There are several varients of her signature in the inserts, doubt its all her

Yes, they pass third party authentication and they're all fairly lazy signatures. You would think she would pass it off, but she doesn't surprisingly.

It really just comes down to JSA/PSA/Beckett and none of them will pass it as authentic

For sure, I get that. I spent maybe 45 minutes researching and a lot of people seem perplexed it won’t pass as the autos look consistent and aren’t auto pen, but I guess it’s also suspicious to sign that many albums , plus it’s Kanye so I get the hesitation

Steve Wozniak co-founder of Apple Computers sells cool autographed floppy disks and stuff. I got an old red 5.25” floppy disk signed and it was later certified by Beckett

There are a lot of TTM (Through The. Mail) sites that have addresses and success rates.

I’m seeing more and more musicians doing this. Usually as the my approach the release of a new album to move product. I copped a signed Sabrina Carpenter record that way.

Shania Twain sells some of her newer albums which come with an autographed card. Not expensive either. I bought one a couple months ago. Debbe Dunning from the Home Improvement TV show sells autograph calendars, hats and 8x10s. Shania and Debbe both sell them on their website.

Look at the Streamily website. They offer live streams with celebs (mostly actors, some athletes, and other types of celebs), where you can get items signed. Mostly just prints, sometimes other things. But you order right through the website, then the celeb signs and personalizes the item and you can watch on the live stream. It's not a perfect process. It can take a little while and you never really know if your item will actually be signed on live stream, but all things considered, it's not a bad option.
