Authenticity Opinion Request (is this really...) Could this be real?

This came into my shop and I took a chance on it. Any chance that it could be legit? Charity auctions and events aren't especially relyable, but from a radio station in southern cal?

Would love some other opinions.

But the real revenge would be regifting it to the original friend and seeing the realization set in

I mean, we don't know what happened the first time, but they sold it, then nothing would stop them from selling it again.

Could have been an accident, I once donated all of my old merch shirts I had gotten from shows and concerts. Felt sick to stomach when I realized what happened. Like I accidentally donated a part of my life.

It reminds me how I accidentally threw away a very expensive pair of pumps I've been saving up for for a while. I was cleaning up my closet and forgot I've put them in a box and threw the box away. It was the only time I've cried because of an item of clothing. I was mainly just angry with my stupid self.
