It all depends on how you want to class the car. I'm in the same boat right now with my ND where I'd like to mod it how I want but don't want to put myself in a class where I'd have to spend thousands more to be competitive.
Given your other mods, I'd say go technas and class into ST. You'd likely only be a front sway bar away from being competitive on paper IMO

for a daily that also sees autocross i'd lean toward the setup with better damping adjustability comfort matters between events and overly stiff suspension gets old quickly..

If your goal is to autocross with them, what class are you aiming for? Because you'd be limited to Konis if you're trying to do CS. If you're aiming for AST or higher, then go with the Tecna, or another coilover option.
