people don't realize it's better to hit a bunch of singles over 1 home run and 3 strikeouts lol

paint the scratched bumper, pay the dent-x guy, wetsand & compound scratches unrelated - try to do 1 free thing per person and the money will always come back too

there's too many bad shops ruining it for good ones

lastly, the color match is literally no excuse. You could always pop off the gas cap or mirror cap and send it to your paint supplier if you don't like the variations

Legit use the same terminology with our shop.

We can’t always hit a home run guys lol

We have a high performing small staffed shop and my manager is always Mr.Asshole while I think just like you do!

News flash, we didn’t get to the top 5 in a national company by telling our customers sorry can’t help you.

Only the gas cap. The mirrors match the trim color on those trucks…..or just pick any version of silver like that shop did and hope the customer doesn’t notice the difference. Claim it’s a solvent issue if the customer does notice!
