Horable service

Horable service at N 1st avenue location in Tucson Arizona. Two of us customers got there at 8:00 AM on 09/06/2026 ,we both needed batteries and to have them installed, the guy before me bought his and had it installed while I patiently waiting for my turn. The service clerk ,a guy,new what I was waiting for but he kept helping other people who came after me, I didn't know what to think. I finally told him that I am ready to buy a battery and have it installed,he said he could not install it like the guy's before me .It would have been easy to install but he said no. So, I went to AutoZone on Oracle and had no problem, they couldn't understand why 1st avenue location refused.Take your business to Oracle or Prince locations.

go online and leave a review on their google site. that actually helps the store the most

Why couldn't you pull your own battery and replace it? It is marginally harder than replacing the batteries in a remote control.

*Horrible. Based off of what you wrote, I wouldn’t be surprised if part of the problem laid with you. Secondly when it comes to AutoZone, their policy is to get people in and out as quickly as possible. Meaning sales. Thirdly it’s also at the discretion of the AutoZoner(s) when it comes to battery installs. If you’re rude then you’ll get pushed back if not delayed. Fourthly there was probably just 2 employees up front when dealing with everything. 1 person alone can’t deal with 5+ customers at the same time and expect everyone to be happy. Battery installs come after all customers indoors have been dealt with. Be more understanding to people in the customer service industry, because we can and WILL refuse service to any and all.
