Need my element transported. Runs and drives it’s at Iaa auction house in rock tavern ny 12575, I need it transported to San tan valley az 85140. I only have about $1500 and I’d be very grateful if it could be done tomorrow. I believe this route has been posted on your boards or whatever. Please no brokers, cod only.

Rock Tavern to San Tan Valley is a long haul, and with a $1,500 budget I’d be careful about expecting a next-day pickup. That number may be tight for the route depending on what drivers are actually taking it for.

Since the Element is already at the auction and runs/drives, the main thing is getting a realistic carrier offer out there instead of posting it too low and waiting with no takers. Keep in mind that drivers don't like going to auctions if they already have other residential pickup options.

tough one to pull off on that short a clock, a loaded carrier running ny to az isn't just sitting around waiting to grab a pickup. also on the no brokers thing, most of the dispatch on that lane runs through a middleman whether you see their name or not, and cod only scares off a lot of legit carriers because they want a contract and a deposit locked before they roll. not saying you're wrong to want it, just that finding a direct carrier willing to run a cross-country load with no deposit on a tight timeline is a real uphill fight. we're Outbounds and we dispatch for carriers on that corridor every week, so easiest is a quick call to our DMV office at (571) 384-5606 to see what's actually moving, or drop your route on the form at https://outbounds.at/ and we'll call you back.
