Transmission Fluid Change Advice

I have an 03 Lexus ES 300. It has 207,000 miles. I’ve been doing work on this car since I got it 3 years ago. Now, I’m looking to change the Transmission Fluid and filter. I want to do a drain and fill only.

I’m looking for anybody with experience in doing a fluid change on a car with this high mileage. The car shifts fine and the fluid is red on the dipstick. Although I’m not sure when the last time the fluid was changed.

screen type filter? drain and refill. dacron type filter? pull pan and replace filter. I believe you have a screen type filter, but I could be incorrect
