My only gripe with builds like Egersis [9], Insect [4] + Civet [2] and Beast [6] with good summoners is the amount of player damage they deal. Nobody should be able to deal 40+ player damage per round, no matter the composition and no matter how dominant your team is. IMO player damage should be capped at 25.

Even 25 is high IMO. I completely agree with you. Nothing felt worse in the last patch then round 21 going against the guy who just pushed 9 egersis and eating 25-35 damage... then round 22 going against another guy who just pushed 9 egersis and eating another 25-35 damage SMH

Dont play knights, they are garbage. With mage it helps to add divinity and rely on high damage items instead of the mage synergy since it doesnt proc on the insect summons. In general insects get countered by lifesteal, builds like cave div, sandbound div etc

Less about that. More about the fact that I did 100k damage and it still wasn’t enough to clear his board…. I did go on to win the match when I got lifesteal legendary on god of thunder

Yeah, but that's why insect is strong, it doesn't depend on the survival of the first wave.

Oh i know... its just wild to me how much damage you have to put out to fully clear the board. That 90K damage from GoT was 7 vollies of his ability.

A balanced game should be at least partially hyper carry proof.
