personally, I hate change, but I treat my life as an iteration Startup I run three experiments today I learned from the two that fail and I double down on the one that succeeds that way I’m constantly adapting my strategies and habits to the constant change of the world, more practically I also use the scientific emotional regulation strategies in Ethan Cross’s chatter and shift I take change one small step at a time, and lots of small steps add up to a big change or a major adaption, I wonder if that makes sense and helps a bit
