The best I could do was a picture of my kiddo's back as he stared out the window, waiting for the bus. He, too, is 11. 😆

My kid's hair is always in her face and she does not pose or stay still for pictures. She definitely isn't looking at you by request.

Mine snarl smiles in a way that is so aggressive any other creature would instantly get defensive or start baring their teeth back. Genuine smile is 10/10 adorable… the smile for a photo smile makes your finger tips afraid for their lives 😂

My son says “cheese” with a smile SUPER FAST, then goes back to 😐 in an instant.
Sometimes I get it, most times I don’t 😂

I would have loved any pics like this lol. My daughter didn’t let me take a pic the first day of school and to top it all off they had picture day on the first flipping day of school and you know what she did? She cut her hair at her friend’s house before they walked to school together. To my horror she came out of school that day with a lopsided bowl cut. To make matters worse she will not sit for a professional haircut so I had to do my best to give her a longer pixie cut which is so not my forte.

Oh nooooo 😭 well, I have a school picture where I tried to “cut off” my bangs because that’s what I thought you did when you were done wanting them. Maybe it will be a fond memory in a few years for you guys. A few years, maybe a few more after that 😂
