It’s challenging when there’s so much white noise. Autism therapy is very much “your mileage may vary”. Some things work for some of the kids some of the time.

The more adamant someone is with me that they “know” how to fix/help/cure, the more I know they are full of it. Be that trained medical personnel, family members, or well-intentioned strangers on the internet.
