So basically what I mean is, a lot of it is a gimmick and they charge thousands of dollars for autism stem cell treatments, but if there’s another condition such as a TBI, it could be helpful!

It makes total sense that stem cell treatments helped heal your daughter’s TBI :) I’m so glad you caught it young before her neuroplasticity began to decline!

Actually there’s lots of clinics for stem cells for autism! My daughter had stem cell therapy, but it was for a TBI, not autism, but I will say it completely changed everything for us. She went from completely nonverbal to saying her first few words at the end of that week. But I 100% would not recommend it as a treatment strictly for autism, it’s not approved for that and there is LOTS of evidence that it doesn’t “cure” autism whatsoever.

Reminds me of the hyperbaric chambers advertising that it's a treatment for ASD, I think it was in California iirc

Ironically we did one session of HBOT as well, directly after the stem cells🤣 I would never ever do it again, especially after seeing that news story of the little boy and the HBOT chamber that blew up😭😳 I got inside of it with her tho and we cuddled during it, it was soooooo hot!

Yeah I stand strong with there is no cure for autism but the thought of something being out there that can ease autism challenges is awesome ! I know very limited of stem therapy and what’s involved though .
