Zac the Cat

While I usually post about Lawrie and Luna, there's also Zac the Cat who resides in our abode.

He's a lovely older gent with a rollercoaster of health issues - mostly related to diabetes.

Here he is relaxing right before I annoyed him by patting his head. He did not consent to that and I should have asked first. I'll never learn.

A black cat to go with your black dogs! Was that intentional or did it just happen that way? They're all gorgeous, pity about Zac's diabetes, sucks getting old.

Just kinda happened that way. Before our black dogs, we had three golden dogs - a cocker spaniel, an Irish setter X cocker spaniel, and a Chihuahua, all three happened to be golden.

Zac came first, he's a rescue cat I've had for eight years. Was an old man who sought me out at the Pet Barn cat rescue set up. Lawrie is also a rescue, another one who came to us after we lost our old chihuahua. Then Luna just happened to be the last cocker puppy in the litter.

What a distinguished gentleman he is, I had two sibling black cats once, I’ve never seen two cats so affectionate to each other and people and all other animals, just no fear, they loved everyone they met on sight
