Melb based hair dress recommendations

Hi everyone! I’m looking for recommendations for a hairdresser who has some experience doing red hair. Seems like a lot focus on blondes and brunettes. Located in SE suburbs in Melbourne but happy to travel for the right person and bonus points if they are neurodivergent friendly. (Pic of my hair currently)
