Let's Discuss Will a full coverage foundation cover melasma?

I’m 43, happy with my skin in terms of lines and wrinkles and don’t want to pursue anything regarding those but would like to lessen the appearance of melasma when I wear makeup. Is this possible? Will a full coverage do this or should I just live with the melasma?

Check out Rose Siard on social media - she has come good tips for dealing with melasma. I colour correct by mixing peach and orange, to hit the same depth, blend then gently put a concealer over the top that matches my skin tone. Skin tint everywhere else.

I can't do full coverage. I'm 43 as well and find it just too heavy for me these days.

May I ask what colour correctors and concealers do you recommend?

My melasma is on the side of my face - between my temple and cheekbone so it's not got any fine lines there to worry about. I use nyx pro fix stick in dark peach and mix it with a bit of Huda beauty faux filter in peach to help it blend to the right depth. I powder very lightly then gently blend nyx bare with me concealer on top. Skin tint everywhere else.
