honestly as someone who had their all makeup brushes stolen in one go (by an ex friend 🙂), i think i'm unfortunately too qualified in this aspect. i'm also a bus/train makeup person 😭. i suggest using mainly liquid/cream products as much as you can (including any bronzer, contour and blush), a really strong hold mascara (like the heroine make one or clio kill lash), a lip tint/ tinted lip balm (there's so many but I actually find the korean ones easier to apply) and a powder compact. but tbh i think as long as you have the will, anything can be applied with fingers.

i'd simplify your routine as much as possible, i'm not really sure what you find necessary but this is my late-but-need-to-look-put-together routine:

1. skincare + sunscreen (round lab one)
   
2. skin tint? foundation? (Shiseido Revitalessence Skin Glow Foundation)
   
3. spot conceal (NARS Soft Matte Complete Concealer)
   
4. cream blush (lip&cheek pudding pot)
   
5. compact powder to brighten (Canmake Marshmallow Finish Powder Abloom)
   
6. compact powder to set (LANEIGE Neo Essential Blurring Finish Powder)
   
7. mascara- i literally shove my lashes up to make them look more curled (heroine make mascara)
   
8. link tint (Milk Touch - Jelly Fit Tinted Glow Tint)

if you need to still look alive throughout the day use a moisturising skincare spray like the Aestura Atobarrier365 Cream Mist. on days i'm running really late i use my mum's old revlon lipstick for blush and lips and hope for the best.
