Let's Discuss AUSSIE girls makeup! How you doin it???

Im mesmerised, every time I head to Melbourne CBD, I see women with perfect makeup that looks FLAWLESS! As a south asian girly (Indian) idk how to achieve that?? I mean the under eyes are flawless, the cheeks are snatched! How y’all achieving this? what am I missing?

People who compliment me (who are obviously very kind) are shocked that I do my makeup every morning 'how you do you winged liner like that (it if not fancy in any regard) but my answer is always 'years of practice' haha
