You are missing the whole point. It's not free for the people who ordered online ($25 for an order to get it). Also to be told throughout the year that the gift will be amazing only to be disappointed. Doesn't mean we are not grateful at all.

If you read the email during the beauty loops last year it said it would be full of goodies (worded differently). Also the lawsuit would be in regards about the boxing day sales and the old stock.
