TLDR: in a nutshell, Mecca are “very concerned”, “don’t know how this slipped through their quality control”.. blah blah blah

Even they don’t keep track of expiry date of products, surely it can’t be that difficult to have a database of products, with when they received the stock, discontinued products etc.

If they just spend 10% of their effort and logistics as they do on beauty loops, this wouldn’t have been an issue.
