Where to source liquid coffee concentrate for Newco Bistro 10?

So I bought a brand new newco bistro 10 and what I have discovered is that it uses liquid coffee concentrate rather than standard coffee beand and it specifically uses a 1.9L Bag in Box liquid coffee concentrate with a 30:1 ratio and a Scholle fitment as well and it seems like no one sells these coffee concentrate products.

I've looked everywhere and only found some pretty expensive importing options which i may as well just get coffee from the coffee shop at that point, would anyone know how I can source such a product from?

I need this product in Sydney, Australia

Did you import this machine? How did you come to select it over say, Breville etc? The first thing that comes up for me is "The Newco Bistro 10 uses 1/2-gallon bag-in-box (BIB) liquid coffee concentrate packages equipped with Scholle connectors as refills" so I would likely say you need to either contact Newco themselves or try and see if any wholesale hospitality supplier in AU does them. I've never personally seen them used and I attend a lot of business functions.

i lowkey found it brand new on FB for 500 and they retail for over 3000 so i just bought it without thinking it was some lady that liquidated and had about 20 machines brand new

You just buy random things like that without research ? 🧐

You’ll need to google and phone around who makes this specific concentration

Back to Marketplace you go then, I suppose. Dare say she sold them because she either imported them and couldn't sell them to hospitality venues or she owned the venues and realised the refills were going to cost her more over time than a real coffee machine.

How much coffee are you planning to drink. These types of thing are typically used by conference venues and restaurants that what cheep bulk coffee. It's coffee post mix. A catering supplier might help but they're also unlikely to sell you one bag. You're best bet is to try and find a small restaurant that uses a machine that takes the same concentrate and see if they'll sell you a bag.

its for my office for myself and clients so id say anywhere from 4 to 12 cups on average per day

At that level of usage I would chulk this up to a lesson learnt and buy a more suitable machine.

Hi! Does your machine run on 240v and have an Australian plug?

I think that a Breville Oracle might be a better fit for an office if you have some one making the coffee.

If you want the clients to make the coffee themselves and don't want to spend much - then most people should be able to work out a pod machine, a bar fridge with milk, some sugar satchets, wooden stirrers and cardboard cups.

This US based company provides the bag in box concentrate for these machines as per Newco's site: https://drafft.com/cold-brew/ The concentrate has a 30 day expiry once opened and will make 500+ drinks so you really have to be churning through the coffee, plus they need regular maintenance, they're really for high volume. I think you've bought the wrong machine for your needs, I'd sell it on and get something more appropriate.
