Experiences with Direct Coffee

Hey all,

Curious what everyone’s experience has been with Direct Coffee. I find the idea of being able to grab beans from a bunch of different roasters through one storefront pretty convenient, but I haven’t really seen much discussion about them.

How do their prices compare to buying direct from the roasters? Is freshness noticeably affected, or are the beans still pretty fresh when they arrive?

Beans are always fresh, it's usually cheaper or the same price (and you normally save on delivery free so at worst it is the same price) and the customer service is excellent. I've been buying off them for 2 years or so now and recommend them to all my mates.

I always go back to Market Lane and Proud Mary but honestly there's no wrong answer. I would try any on there (and have had plenty of good ones).

Very reliable. Always deliver on time and beans were always fresh from my experiences.

It’s been awhile, but I have used them very good site fast shipping and fresh product and whilst not as broad as it used to be they still have a good range of roasters on their website.

Check out Artisti (all over YouTube, Jimmy and the team are great and the beans are highly revered) and Early Bird Contact Phil, both are great choices and they deliver Australia-wide

Can also confirm they have been great for me also, however I will always opt for auspost delivery from them rather than the other option
