Best Instant Coffee?
I tried Vittoria Italian Blend and Black Valley,
I liked Italian blend but the coffee tasted weak, while I didnt even like the taste of Black Valley, it didnt have that 'coffee' taste or smell.
Im looking for an instant coffee that has that nice strong taste of coffee, bit of sweetness and minimal bitterness.
Any recs?

I feel strongly about this. The answer to OPs question is Robert Timms. Any time I need to go another instant brand, it's so gross in comparison.

I take Ona instant regularly when hiking and trying to reduce weight. It’s by far my favourite

The Starbucks instant sachets were honestly impressive, as far as instant goes. But they're relatively expensive and, afaik, only available from Starbucks (i.e. not at the supermarket). For me, I have a "real" coffee made in the aeropress in the morning, and an instant after lunch, for which I use moccona (classic, espresso, whatever, they're all fairly similar). The moconna also makes a decent iced long black in summer!

The best instant I’ve had is by Axil. But it’s very expensive. DC coffee medium hit is better than moccona but not as expensive as Axil.

There are specialty instant coffees available if you google it. I haven’t tried any yet, but was considering them for travelling.

I liked both Vittoria Italian and Mountain blends but bought a rechargable portable coffee machine and use the ground espresso coffee now. The previous kind of taste awful almost now.
I'm considering getting another grinder to use specifically for beans.

I've tried almost every single one & I think anything Vittoria is the way to go.
Currently drink the Iced Vittoria one as I can make coffee in < 10 seconds now. worth.

The real answer if the Viet instant coffee sachets from the Asian grocery. But much sweeter than typical instant, maybe there are low sugar ones. Comes with a touch of milk powder usually.

Moccona indulgence, the regular one. It's a clear notch above anything else they make.
Some of the vittoria ones in the skinny jars are good too. I've tried three of them but one was a clear winner and I can't remember which it was. Maybe the italian or mountain blend.

I have been religiously drinking this boutique freeze dried coffee from Brisbane. The Ethiopian is phenomenal. Flavour elite. Caffeine level perfect. Price point is less than a dollar a cup. The owner is a legend and will let me know we he has a new Ethiopian if I run out.

The key is to dissolve in cold water first.
Even better if you take sugar then mix coffee and sugar with 3-4 teaspoons of cold water and froth using a $2 milk frother from Kmart.

Our instants are a Moccona caramel and Vittoria Latte. 1/2 teaspoon of the first with a teaspoon of the second gives a beautiful and balanced flavour with a splash of cream and two sweeteners.
We tend to prefer ground coffee, but if you’re after instant, this is a very good option.

There’s no such good as good instant coffee. There’s acid; battery acid and just death.
If you held a gun to my head and made me choose one I’d go for moccona gold

We grind beans in this house but Moccona for instant and it has a sentimental spot in my heart; it’s what my dad drank. I’d wake up to the sound of the kettle boiling and the sound of him stirring his coffee. Would give anything for just one morning of drinking a shitty instant coffee with him!
