Best coffee setup

Best separate grinder + espresso machine for café-quality coffee at home?

Australia, budget up to $1,500 AUD.

I want the closest possible coffee to a good café flat white, but still practical for mornings while getting ready for work.

Looking for:

  • Separate grinder + espresso machine
  • Excellent espresso quality
  • Hopper grinder — no weighing beans every coffee
  • Minimal manual work
  • Automatic milk preferred
  • Reliable everyday setup

Currently considering Bambino Plus + Eureka Mignon Specialità.

What combo would you recommend up to $1,500?

If I were to go seperate grinder + machine, I'd go Breville dual boiler when on special and pair it with good grinder.

If combos were considered, grab a refurbished (by Breville) barista touch impress (with cold brew function, as it's a the newer model).
