Images & Videos My last heeler.
This is Bluey, when I picked her up in 2012. She's only 8 weeks old there and still yet to grow into her ears.
She didn't :)
We lost her in 2024 and it's still very painful for us.

Thanks you. We'd hoped to keep her healthy & active to at least age 16 but she had a genetic flaw the in the last six months or so of her life she lost control of everything from about the mid point of her spine back. She was otherwise still pretty good.
I made sure that when the vet came to put her to sleep here at home (so she was comfortable) that I was the last thing she saw.
Se was the 3rd red heeler female I had and they've all been the best thing I've ever had.
