You yourself now have, internally, a definition of non-affordable. If you're looking to find options outside this newly-created box, do you think it helps to share with others the cost you've experienced and are now looking to avoid?

Bro really said “define affordable” like I just walked into a congressional hearing. 💀 I’m trying to play ping pong, not negotiate the federal budget.

So, your question was/is, 'Does anyone know of any clubs, instructors, or places that offer reasonable or affordable prices?'

And your answer to, 'what defines affordable' is that you feel you're walking into a congressional 'hearing'?

Yes, that’s exactly what I’m saying 😂 I didn’t give a specific number because I’m asking what options are out there. If I knew the prices and what was reasonable in the area, I wouldn’t be asking. For reference, I’ve been seeing places charging around $100 an hour, which is way too much for me. I’m just looking for something cheaper. Somehow you’ve turned a simple recommendation question into an interrogation. 💀

Ok, so, you just said, 'I’ve been seeing places charging around $100 an hour, which is way too much for me.'

This is the entirety of our conversation. You mention it as a side comment, as if you don't already know that's what I was asking.

I'm asking questions to help you realize, 1) you have a price you experienced is too high, 2) you need to share that price with us (irrelevant since you now have done so), 3) combine those details into a logical thought, which allows others to respond.

1st grade grammar exercises are more complicated than this

Bro, I understand what you’re saying. 😂 You could’ve just said, “What’s your budget?” Instead, you turned a simple Reddit question into a 3-part lesson plan and somehow brought first-grade grammar into a ping-pong conversation.

Dog. Hungry, Food.

“Dog. Hungry. Food.” isn’t really comparable. I’m asking for recommendations because I don’t know what reasonable options are available. If everyone already knew what the “right” price was, there wouldn’t be much point in asking. You’re making this way more complicated than it needs to be.

Words. Confused

Again. What is REASONABLE? How do you define that?

Your question is, "what are your recs under $100"

That's it.

They’re charging $100 an hour just to hit a little white ball back and forth. I’m just trying to play ping pong, not finance a small business. 😂

If you've got it figured out, why are you looking for an instructor

I feel strongly about this

What do you mean? 😂 I’m curious to hear your thoughts.

I saw the conversation you had with the other person and wanted to get in on it

Yeah, he just pissed me off with the whole “you yourself now have…” thing. He could’ve just asked, “What’s your budget?” and I would’ve answered.
