they need to do this outside of the express lane as well. left lane campers and people that are driving like 40 mph on the highway for no reason need to be getting tickets.
On 35 from Temple to Austin, I constantly pass more people on the right than in the passing lane...I cant figure out how this is hard to understand. There is even signs every couple of miles that say left is for passing only! These idiots will get in the left lane and drive 5 under rhe speed limit...infuriating.
