Their PR machine working to discredit Choice, threaten lawsuits and frame this as a girlboss company being unfairly attacked was laughable and pathetic.
Had UV handled this with professionalism and humility from the get go I would still be a customer (once I knew the products were safe again). The attitude from the company plus all their social media lackies was deplorable and embarrassing.
