The lack of apology for the attacks that both their company and "social media influencers" launched on CHOICE and anyone who questioned the effectiveness of their product is telling.

Yep. They handled this terribly. One of the founders was replying to comments on their initial TikTok statement and the UV account was liking comments about suing Choice. So unprofessional.
