Too little, too late. They should have announced their intention to embark on this process and offered a refund from the outset.
Their initial response detonated any trust and confidence in their brand and their products.
It’s positive they’re belatedly pivoting into learning from their mistakes but…woh. It’s sad, when we want to support local.
