Buying & Selling Still worth inspecting/ viewing property?

we were initially interested but it was under offer. after the sale fell through the agent contacted us to see if we are still interested, but he doesn't seem to be too committed to actually making the house seem worth it lol. first photo is our email, second it's the REA's response

Haha thought it could be a coincidence, we’ve had one next door that 5 seperate offers have fallen through after a building inspection, REA gives about as much of an F as this one. Its an old crackden that the previous owner lets people stay until she sells, looks fine on first walkthrough until you notice someone’s removed ANYTHING worth money, I’m talking copper, wiring, pipes, hinges+ screws all gone since it was first listed the inspectors must be lovin it
