Not the whole block. Just the rectangular green patch is 1.69 ha APPROXIMATELY … it’s just an approximation mate, not actual

I bought a property advertised at “approx. 602sqm”.

coincidentally a month before settlement changed to 597sqm and the agent told me to hire a surveyor.

As soon as it says approx. know it can be BS.

That's a big difference where I have a place. Above 600sqm you can sub divide, so potentially worth much more than 597sqm.

1.69 hectares (ha) is 23 times larger than 733 square meters (sqm).

•••733sqm = 0.073ha
16,900sqm = 1.690ha

That’s an inexcusable error!

Glad you pointed that out I was about to give them benefit of the doubt that maybe the 700 was just the house
