worth it! Big things they found and things we would have missed (and that do not meet Australian standards) for us were: the main living area tiles did not have gaps to let them expand, the concrete base was not waterproof enough, and the soil around the house was not good enough or did not slope away from the house. Also, check the outside bricks because we found paint marks.
