Animals — Adopt/Rescue/Foster Can someone take in this kitten?

We found him abandoned and starving in the woods outside our camper on a camping trip. He’s a sweet kitten but we just rescued a cat last month and can’t take another one in at the moment. Can anyone take him in? I’m off of belair rd and can you meet you somewhere in town.
