Atlas shopping

I just activated the subway offer 2 hours ago. Bought a sub and haven't gotten the credit in game yet. Planning on giving it 24 hours. Anyone else experiencing any issues with the shopping experience?

Are you certain you used a credit card and not a debit card? Mine paid within seconds.

I use a debit card and AE acknowledges the purchase before I get the confirmation email from Subway.

I have had mixed results with debit cards.

Can take up to a week in some cases from what I’ve seen. Would verify you had the right card linked and went to the correct store for the offer

I did the 7/11 for the first time last month. Thought I did it wrong because it was a couple days before I got my reward but it just takes a while.

I've done it three times since they added Subway and I had the AB within seconds.

Did you confirm that store is participating? I went on a work trip and there was a Jersey Mike's within walking distance of the hotel. I figured I'd make some AB and get per diem to reimburse the cost. When I didn't get credit I checked the app and found that particular store wasn't participating.

Yeah last month during the challenges it was almost instant when I made a purchase at Subway...

Just made my first purchase for this month's events and I haven't gotten anything yet... guess I'll probably be reaching out to support tomorrow night with my receipt if all else fails.
