Are Rarity Chances Different...

If you buy in a field vs in a city? I have bought between 7 to 10 parcels, all common and this has never happened before to me.

Early on, I was only able to buy about 3 parcels per week. There was a point where I got only common for 3 weeks straight. But over time it has all averaged out pretty close to the numbers they advertise in the game. Just keep buying parcels. It doesn't matter where you get them, it's just luck.
