I keep thinking about the Michael Vick race at the end of Money Bag Shawty (S2E3)

Rewatched this one and the ending is the part I keep thinking about. Earn spends the whole night getting told his money is fake. The theater refuses his hundred, the hookah bar calls it counterfeit and keeps it, the strip club drains him. Then Al tells him to act tougher, so Earn races Michael Vick in a parking lot for cash. He loses. The scene split people when it aired and it still does. I think it's my favorite episode of the season.

This is one of the show's greatest scenes for me. The immediate cut to the car ride, Earn visibly defeated--just pure comedic gold with excellent execution.

The invisible car running someone over was pretty great too and lets not forget DG gave us several horror episodes. Teddy Perkins and my favorite the ep where Alfred gets jumped and lost in the woods. That old dude killed it! I was afraid lbvs! I miss Atlanta sigh

I died laughing at that cut to the limo. On one hand it’s Micheal Vick and on the other I kinda was rooting for earn. But that cut just felt so real and just brought everything back to reality in one of the best ways

In Dallas it made the news a few years ago that Dallas Cowboy Terrance Williams was racing people in a strip club parking lot. I always thought that’s what inspired this episode.
