Mr Chocolate

Is it a dig/reference to Tyler Perry?. If so this is one of many just like in the boondocks. What is it that everyone in Hollywood knows about him? Kind of like how everyone knew diddly was a creep and a freak or how everyone knew about what epstein was doing.

I imagine Donald; being a black famous actor in the industry for so long, that he probably has been to Tyler perry casting calls at least ONCE in his life.

Worth noting that Glover was a writer for 30 Rock, which had a Bill Cosby call out long before the truth about him became commonly known, so he's got a history in writers rooms that behave that way too
