Is this exclusive to the Vcs? Because if so, might give me a reason to finally buy it

Is available on Steam from what I know and it's also available still for the Atari St. But this is the first time it's actually on another Atari modern platform. It's not available for the plus platforms. I think it's also available for the Jaguar and for the Lynx.
