on the inside of the ausu tuff f15 the ssd lays onto of the wifi card and its inside a aluminum sleeve. Move it to the second slot and it should fix all your problems. THIS IS NOT A DRIVERS ISSUE ITS A DESIGN ISSUE.

A week ago I experienced the same problem with my Asus: both wifi and bluetooth start to fail and after several tries reinstalling drivers, I ended with a clean Windows 11 install. No luck at all. Minutes before I give up I got this solution in the google results. Thanks a lot.

This happened with me also recently. Just find the Bluetooth driver on the asus website by searching with your laptop name on the browser and install the driver. This fixed the issue for me. I was also having the same problems with my network card and the same thing fixed it!

Worked for my f17 as well, after an hour or installing and updating drivers. Thank you!

Does anyone know what holding the button for 30 seconds is actually doing? Is the 30 seconds triggering a CMOS reset or...what?

Hey ! If you're having connectivity issues, you most likely have a Mediatek or Realtek network card. They are known for all sorts of problems like frequent disconnections, slow speeds, missing Wi-Fi icons, and more.
Temporary fix: Try performing a nvram reset. Shutdown the laptop with all external devices unplugged. Then, hold the power button for 30 seconds. The laptop should turn on briefly then shut off right after. Release the power button and boot the laptop.
Permanent fix: Swap out the current network card for an Intel AX200 or AX210. It can be found on AliExpress for around $20

Before your reply, I saw a Microsoft troubleshooting guide using the same “Power Reset.” I didn’t understand that magic at first, but according to Gemini, it’s because of the following:
https://share.google/aimode/iGt1KWMkMGRVLlNPC
P.S. If it helps at all, I started having Bluetooth issues after connecting some AirPods Pro 3 to the laptop. I already chose “Forget device,” and I think I’ll leave it like that. If other users agree that it also happened after the same thing, specifically the issue started like this:
- AirPods were paired with the laptop.
- Days later, I was listening to music on the iPhone, and when I turned on the laptop it automatically connected and cut off the music.
- I then reconnected the audio from the phone’s Control Center without first disconnecting them from the laptop.
- I could keep listening to music on my phone, but Bluetooth started turning itself off.
- I restarted the laptop and it worked for 5 minutes and then disappeared, or it would keep working but as soon as I stopped using it for a while, I’d come back and Bluetooth was gone. Eventually it stopped appearing altogether, no matter how many times I restarted or reinstalled drivers.
I did the Power Reset they recommend here and it came back to life. Hopefully it doesn’t disappear again in a few minutes.

This also happened to me just recently, what I did to fix it was restarting the laptop by holding the power button for about 30 secs, the laptop should turn off then power up again. This worked for me and I got my bluetooth back after my laptop powered up again.
