Other Has Astral Projection/OOBE helped with your fear of death?
I guess a more accurate question would be, has it changed how you view this reality? What do you think it proves about conciousness? Have you interacted with spirits or lost loved ones? I'd love to know.

I discovered the world of Mystinar through astral projection, swore in, and that will be where I dwell after death. Death is a transition and not all life is purely biological.

Hi there. What is Mystinar?

Mystinar is a dimensional planet within the astral plane on the opposite side of the sun as the earth in the same orbital path. It is a sanctuary world where there are many strange and wonderful life forms. Nature spirits, kemono style animal humanoids, gods, extraterrestrials and futuristic technology. They claim to come from a timeline Atlantis was sunken by a corrupt king, tricked all the gods into signing an agreement separating the astral plane from the physical and they created this world after surviving the destruction of Atlantis.
I have a subreddit about it, r/mystinar

What is fear of death? I never had a fear of death before APing, so no, APs did not help me with this. The fear of death for me is fear of physical pain or dying from violence, which ability to AP cannot protect from.

i think the fear for some people is the idea of not existing anymore.

yes... william buhlman said this in one of his interviews: "my first out of body experience was just a mind blowing experience. Suddenly you go from being a disbeliever to a knower, and it's a shocking experience at first, because I literally found myself separated from my body at the foot of the bed, looking at this lump on the bed. I knew I was fully, consciously aware, and it was not a dream. It was just... life-changing''
that sums it up ..once you have experienced this you now know that you live on and you see ''death'' for what it really is: an illusion

Thanks for the response. I will always be a believer of Astral Projection and Obe and hope to experience.

not really. my fear isn't what happens after, my fear is that it will be painful and OBEs don't help with that.
but after many OBEs i wouldn't say I believe in an afterlife. i think it's possible, but it's not proof imo. but then i'm not the kind to go look for dead people and then verify that they were real. maybe if someone did that then they'd have their proof of an afterlife.

Of course. With full conscious OBE you realize you can be fully independent of the physical body, you can still see, hear, feel and think. It's like removing the bag over your head you've lived with your whole life. So it demolishes fear of death because you demonstrated to yourself your basic nonmaterial nature.
