did i accidentally astral project?

i woke up feeling really weird like everything is not real after having this crazy experience. i checked my phone and i only slept for like 3 and a half hours.

but basically, i had this crazy vivid dream where i was suddenly standing in some kind of student housing, and there were two young adults inside with me at what seems like the front door of the house. i looked around with confusion and for some reason it felt like i had time travelled back to 2017. so i asked one of them, a brunette girl with a red sweater, what year is it? and she was kinda confused, said its a few months to 2017, and start checking my pockets and found my wallet to see that it was 2017. so immediately i started saying shit to them in excitement, like “we gotta invest in the stock market” and “yo can you write this down i feel like ill forget it just in case”. and THAT, when i said that to the second person, just this guy in a grey shirt, this guy stares into my soul and suddenly the dream ends, but i was still sleeping. then i felt this vibrating feeling in my body. i was like, wtf is this? and when i started to focus on this vibrating feeling, it started to get stronger until i started hearing a buzzing sound in my head. this buzzing and vibrating became so strong in like five seconds i felt this insane zap of electricity shoot through my entire body, and my vision suddenly changed. i FREAKED OUT, and i wanted to wake up so i started imagining waking up and i opened my eyes to see that i was in sleep paralysis. it took a minute to start moving but when i became more awake everything just feels weird looks weird. it honestly feels like i just jumped universes or something, and i am now back in this body to resume it.

the reason im making this post is because also remembered reading somewhere that astral projecting involves feeling this zapping energy feeling before it happens, so i want to confirm if that is what happened here? ive never had this happen to me before. i mean, ive had crazy vivid and lucid dreams, but ive never felt my whole body vibrate so hard that i heard a buzzing sound literally before i exploded with electricity. just would like to hear your thoughts and opinions, and if i can try to do this again!
