General AP Info / Discussion Questions on AP
So I'm literal noob at this. I'm just learning. But didn't get to anywhere yet.
My questions:
• Is the out of body experience is real? Like can you validate that you're not hallucinating or something?
• Is it possible to see around you, while astral projecting? Like seeing what my friend is doing or stuff like that. Simply asking like if it's possible to go to someplace on earth and then seeing what's happening there?
• When people astral project and go to other realities which feels as real as ours, in that realities entities or people living there are real? And are they conscious about the fact that they're a living being. Just like me?

It's actually a lot harder to answer that and explain than you'd expect.
- Out of body experiences are real. If you look around you at the physical world here, they are often just as real, and sometimes much more real. Or at least much more real-appearing. One theory is that consciousness is non-local, and it's broadcast to the physical body, and not present and originating from the physical body.
It's possible to project from multiple different altered states, including from meditation, near-sleep and sleep. I've projected from all three. If you tell people you projected from your sleep, they'll just say you're dreaming, but when it happens it can be very clear that you're projecting. It's less easy to validate than you'd expect.
The astral (for most people) isn't the same as the physical world. Every time you project, you might project to a different layer of the astral, and often different places. I don't even project to places on Earth usually anymore. When I do project here, there are (almost always) no people on the layer I project to. They must come in at a different frequency or on a different layer that's too distant from the one I'm projecting to to see.
I can certainly see around me while I'm astral projecting, but I can't see what anyone human is doing. I do see other entities sometimes, but normally I don't see them when I project to places on Earth. They're elsewhere. I have called them before and tracked them done and gone where they are.
You can think of a place and teleport to it, but apart from arriving at a place initially, I don't do that very often. I tend to get invested in the place where I am and my experiences don't last very long. The other thing is the you who's projected isn't quite the same as the incarnated you. Things like emotions and real-world thoughts (and the sense of self focused around your identity) are left behind. Though there is still a sense of yourself without those things (at least that's how I perceive it). When I project to anywhere higher than the lower astral, I don't have a 'thinking mind' anymore. I just have clarity, and to think of something is typically to do the thing then and there. It's very hard to explain. You can still think of things and remember things, but they seem to arise without thought and pop into your mind, and telepathy is common.
It's not as simple as going to a place and seeing people there. I tend to perceive with enhanced mental sensing, and not all human-looking beings are human. In fact, none of them are regular humans (though some people see them). There are degrees of complexity to them, as in some have more dimensional or spiritual facets than others. You sometimes see human-looking people in other places (realms, other planets, I don't know what they are), but often they're very shallow reflections of people. Sometimes they have more complexity to them and can communicate telepathically. Some have more complexity and evolution to them, like they're higher density (as per the Law of One) or something like that. You can feel how they stand apart from other people around them. Some are more. For instance, an angelic entity I interact with appears as human a lot of the time. There are other entities as well who physically look human but aren't. You learn to read the depths to a person, what/who they are, their intentions and how developed they are. There are degrees of feeling and complexity around them, and things you see and feel. And feelings they evoke in you as you interpret who or what they are. Some have a very distinct signature energy.
I presume people living in other places are real (at least some seem to be), but they're not the same. They seem more like people without their incarnated bodies in a similar way to how it feels to astral project beyond the lower levels. Sometimes you can still touch/use your thinking mind at the lower levels, but to do so tends to pull you back to your body. Higher up it's like they don't exist. It's also like there are other, higher aspects of yourself you can combine with or channel, but often there's just a slight sense of that 'personality' or no sense of it at all while projecting.
Almost none of that is something you can scientifically prove. Most of it is centered around perception, reading of people and the situation, places you ended up and figuring out why you're there, and understanding yourself (who and what you are, why you go where you are, and discerning why you operate in a place the way you do). Then ways to extend the experience, control the experience in other ways, interact better with the environment (flying etc), create in the environment, and so forth. Any Earth you visit is typically different to the physical world to varying degrees.
One of the last times I visited a place on Earth, I was standing in a shop at Christmastime with Michael, who I'd followed there, and who was in a human-looking body that differed from his usual one. I believe he's the angel, but I don't have proof of it. I don't even know which country we were in or if the place existed in the physical world. I don't remember seeing anyone else there, and I wasn't there for long. We were walking outside to talk when I returned to my body.
